Welcome to PlayHue (playhue.co.uk). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. ABOUT US

PlayHue is a UK-based seller of video game accessories. To contact us about anything in these terms or your order, email alexkresells@gmail.com.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

The controllers and accessories we sell are third-party products. They are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Nintendo or any other console manufacturer. All product names and console references are used only to describe compatibility. We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but slight variations can occur depending on your screen.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full promptly.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

5. DELIVERY

We ship from the UK. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your right to cancel, return items, and receive refunds — including for faulty goods — is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

Discount codes are for use on our website only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, one code can be used per order and codes cannot be combined.

8. USING OUR WEBSITE

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site (text, images, logos, branding) belongs to PlayHue or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

9. OUR LIABILITY

We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we're not liable for business losses — our products are sold for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

10. THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If something goes wrong, please email us first at alexkresells@gmail.com — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may be able to use the EU/UK online dispute resolution options or seek advice from Citizens Advice.
